By accessing or using HelloChat services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
HelloChat provides a communication platform that allows users to:
- Create and manage chat conversations
- Connect email accounts and manage email from a unified inbox
- Exchange messages and media content
- Utilize chat-related features and tools
- Access customer support services
3. Connected Third-Party Accounts
HelloChat lets you connect third-party accounts, such as Gmail, so you can manage their content within the app. By connecting an account, you authorize HelloChat to access that account on your behalf — through the provider's official authorization flow — to provide the features you use, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access.
Your use of a connected account remains subject to that provider's own terms (for Google, the Google Terms of Service). You can disconnect an account at any time from within HelloChat or through the provider's account settings. Our handling of data obtained from connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy, including, for Google data, our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the service in a responsible and ethical manner
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Share harmful or malicious content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the service for illegal activities
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through HelloChat, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and service marks, are the property of HelloChat or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
