2. Google User Data and Limited Use

When you connect a Google account, HelloChat requests access to your Gmail data through Google's OAuth consent flow. With your authorization, we access your Google account data — including email messages and their content and metadata, labels, and the ability to send and modify messages (the Gmail gmail.modifyscope) — solely to provide HelloChat's inbox features: displaying your conversations, composing and sending replies, organizing and labeling mail, and keeping your inbox in sync.

How we handle Google user data:

We use it only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request within HelloChat.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards — and never for unrelated purposes.
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can revoke HelloChat's access at any time by disconnecting the account in the app or through your Google Account permissions. When you disconnect an account or delete your HelloChat account, the Google user data we stored for it is deleted.

HelloChat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Display, send, organize, and sync email from accounts you connect
